Pickup Instructions/FAQ

Where do I meet my driver if I am flying into Logan Airport in Boston? (Scroll down for TF Green and Amtrak)

1. Will my driver come to my door picking me up at my home?

Your driver will wait for you in the car at your scheduled pickup time and will be happy to assist with luggage once you are out of the house. Please be alert and check for your driver’s arrival.

2. How will the driver know when I have arrived to the airport?

If you are flying into Boston Logan Airport, please turn on your cell phone as soon as you have arrived and check for a message with your driver’s direct phone number. When you have your luggage and are ready to be picked up, call your driver directly at that number. If you do not have checked baggage, call your driver once you are off the aircraft. It will take your driver approximately 7 minutes from your call to arrive at the pickup area.

**If you are arriving at TG Green or the Providence Amtrak Station you do not need to call your driver. Your driver will greet you in TF Green baggage claim or at Amtrak, curbside.

    PICKING UP (ARRIVALS)

After you have retrieved your bags take the escalator up to the departures level and then take the second escalator up to the “sky bridge level” or simply take the elevator up two levels (to the top level) and exit the elevator. Then take the “sky bridge/people mover” to the end/elevators. Take the elevator to the “G” ground level. Exit the elevator and take the yellow, well marked, crosswalk to the end, about 30 yards. Your driver will be holding a sign with your name and will greet you there.

NOTE: This is a temporary situation. The airport is making much needed upgrades to the Terminal C roads and pickup area. Once completed the arrivals pickup will move back to the curbside location. Unfortunately we do not have a definitive timeframe on how long this temporary situation will be in place. We will issue updates to our green travelers as we receive updated information from MassPort.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
